Artist in the making
Proud 34 year old Guatemalan, attended private art lessons since 10 years old but I've painted ever since I can remember, even if I don't have photos to prove it. I paint tiny paper pieces and huge wall murals, I make ceramic, love drawn animation and teach art. I use acrylic as my main media and combine it with charcoal and pastels. I enjoy using unconventional materials to paint instead of using brushes and have a lot of fun every day at my studio! I am eager to share my views and be part of your spaces!
I think that art is the best way to plant peace in the world, that's why I do it and try to teach it so that my students can experience it too. I've studied how art makes you try new things, which is really important for a century when everything is changing so fast. Art also helps you see things from other perspectives and mainly helps to develop a healthy self esteem, key to build peace.
